Biography

EGBEWOLE, Halimah Olayinka, a dedicated lecturer at the University of Ilorin in the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my role. Born in Ikorodu, Lagos State from Ile-Ife, Osun State, I completed my B.sc Agric at the University of Ilorin, showcasing my commitment to agricultural studies.

I later furthered my education with an MSc in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, solidifying my expertise in the field. My passion for advancing agricultural practices led me to serve at the Institute of Agricultural Research and Training, where I contributed to research initiatives and was also trained. Adding an international perspective to my repertoire, I embarked on a six-month internship at the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture, specializing in the tissue culture unit. Through my academic journey and practical experiences, I continue to make valuable contributions to the agricultural landscape, shaping the future of sustainable development.
