Biography

Dr. Kemi F. Omotesho is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Agricultural Extension and Rural Development, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Nigeria. She began a career in academics in 2015. She holds a B. Agriculture, M.Sc., and Ph. D. in Agricultural Extension. She has been involved in research work with organizations such as the International Institute for Tropical Agriculture (IITA), the African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS), and USDA. She contributed to prestigious conferences such as AFAAS meetings, Women in Science Without Borders (WISWB), and the GlobeLics. She is on the Board of NigeriaLics as Vice president of the Network. She is a reviewer of scholarly academic journals such as the Rural Extension and Innovation Systems Journal, Published by APEN. She has to her credit over 80 publications in reputable outlets. Her research interests include Agricultural Extension Reform, Rural Livelihood, Gender Studies, and Agricultural Innovation Systems.
