Dr. Olabanji Oluwafemi Peter is an outstanding researcher based in Ilorin, Kwara State Nigeria. He had his Doctorate degree in Agricultural Extension from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. Through his expertise in module and survey instrument development and vast knowledge in general agriculture, Dr Olabanji has been part of a number of developmental research conducted in Nigeria. He served as the team lead in a USDA Funded West Africa PRO-Cashew Project. He took part in the implementation of an innovative research on harnessing the Potentials of Teachers in Agricultural Advisory Service Delivery in Neglected Areas of Kwara State under the Prime Agreement with African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Service (AFAAS) funded by European Union. For many years he was a Training consultant at McGeorge Consulting Limited, Development & Innovation Center, Principal Consultant (Agriculture) at Niels Mac Limited, Head of Research and Innovation at SmallGrowr Limited and Technical Manager at PremiumOne Limited. Dr Olabanji is the Country Head, Global Forum for Sustainable Rural Development (GFSRD), a global forum for researchers in rural development with headquarter in India. Dr Olabanji has his core research interest in Agricultural innovations, Programme Planning and Evaluation. He loves reading, researching and playing Table tennis.
